Built in 1908, this Edwardian heritage-listed building has long been a meeting place in Hepburn Springs. It features magnificent stained glass windows, a beautiful tiled floor and vaulted ceiling, which combine to create a unique and welcoming environment for those visiting the Mineral Springs Reserve.

“This is all seriously good food at great prices, complemented by a historic backdrop of beautiful parquet floors and stunning leadlight windows, where people have been dining since 1908”.
Donna Kelly, The Advocate

Autumn has landed & the days are getting chilly so our comfy couches in front of our blazing wood fire are the hottest seats in town. Our lunch & brunch menu is available every day with a range of seasonal specials & favourites such as panfried mushrooms with goats cheese & spinach, gourmet toasties on local Basilio sourdough, a big bowl of hot housemade soup or a ploughmans lunch with local Istra sliced meats. Our cake fridge is filled with tempting treats & our coffee is one of the best in town, using Fix fairtrade 100% Arabica beans.

After taking the waters at the Hepburn Bathouse & Spa, wanderthrough the park to us & indulge with our famous Devonshire Tea with freshly baked scones, house-made berry jam and double cream accompanied by your choice of tea or coffee. The scones are also available gluten free & our savoury menu offers a wide range of gluten fee options with local gluten free bread available.

Planning a wedding function, birthday party, ball, conference or fundraiser? The Hepburn Pavilion offers a unique and tasteful venue that can comfortably seat up to 120 people. In partnership with local chefs, we can design a menu specifically for your special event. Our licenced area incorporates a large outside space overlooking the lush park grounds along with standing room for 200 inside. We can tailor a package to suit your needs, please contact us for more information.

Our beautiful cafe is also a great place to host a lunch for 20 all the way up to 60 on those cold wintry days. Thinking about bringing up a busload? We can cater for all your guests, with a range of lunch options from sandwich platters to full buffet menu's.
